The trial of a 17-year-old boy accused of murdering a Griekwastad farmer and his family was postponed in the Northern Cape High Court on Monday.
Northern Cape farmer Deon Steenkamp, his wife Christel and their 14 year-old daughter Marthella were killed on their farm Naauwhoek on the 6th of April 2012.
Northern Cape Judge President Frans Kgomo postponed the matter to the 21st of October without disclosing reasons.
The National Prosecuting Authority says the postponement of the Griekwastad triple murder trial was in the interests of justice.
