Free State police are searching for four suspects who robbed the Henneman Post Office on Saturday morning.
Spokesperson, Captain Stephen Thakeng, said the acting branch manager was at work with a female colleague when the gunmen arrived at around 11:30.
He said they were tied up with cable ties and forced into a bathroom.
Thakeng said the men took an undisclosed amount of money from the safe while the two staff members had been robbed of their personal belongings.
He said the suspects fled on foot.
A case of business robbery is under investigation.
