Police are investigating the shooting of four men in two separate incidents in Mannenberg in Cape Town on Wednesday night.
Western Cape police said the shootings occurred shortly after each other.
Spokesperson, Colonel Andre' Traut, said in one incident at around 7 pm, assailants in two vehicles opened fire on a group of men standing on a corner.
An 18-year-old youth was killed, while two other men, aged 41 and 48, were wounded.
Traut said about ten minutes later four suspects driving in a white vehicle opened fire on three men standing on the corner of a street in Surrey Estate, killing all three, who were aged, 19, 20, and 28.
He said the suspects in both shootings remain at large, and the investigation into the murders is continuing.
