Five people have been killed in an accident in the early hours of Thursday morning on the R-21 in Pretoria.
ER-24 says when paramedics arrived on scene they found an Audi Q7 lying on its roof and another vehicle ripped into several pieces.
The organisation says on its website that four people were flung from the vehicle while one body was found inside the shredded car.
The driver of the Audi was found walking around on scene with only minor injuries.
Police are investigating.
