The disciplinary procedure against Julius Malema and 19 other EFF MPs is expected to continue in Parliament on Wednesday - in their absence.
Malema led the Economic Freedom Fighter's MPs out of their disciplinary hearing on Tuesday, stemming from their recent heckling of President Jacob Zuma, leaving it to proceed without them.
He told the powers and privileges committee that whatever the outcome of the process the EFF would not be participating.
He said it was an unconstitutional exercise, bound to be biased against the EFF because the committee was dominated by ANC MPs.
The EFF MPs risk suspension from the legislature for up to 14 working days if found guilty.
