An Eastern Cape bus driver has been convicted on 23 counts of culpable homicide following a horror accident in the Hex River Pass in the Western Cape two years ago.
Sisa Nonama will be sentenced on the third of December in terms of a plea agreement.
His bail of R10 000 was extended in the Cape Town regional court on Thursday.
Charges against Nonama's brother Malinga, who is the owner of Engcobo-based Nondoda Tours, were provisionally withdrawn.
The two brothers were initially charged with 23 counts of murder after the overloaded bus crashed between De Doorns and Touws River.
