Former South African Airways chair, Dudu Myeni, has been declared a delinquent director for life by a Gauteng high court.
Judgment was handed down on Wednesday in favour of The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse OUTA and the SAA Pilots' Association.
Outa chief legal officer Stefani Fick said they were extremely pleased to see justice meted out in a prominent matter related to state capture.
SAAPA chairperson, Grant Back said the judgment was a "victory" for SAA pilots.
Both organisations also called on the National Prosecuting Authority to successfully prosecute Myeni for her role in state capture.
