The National Union of Metalworkers of SA says it should deal with exploitation in the workplace, because employers focus more on cost reduction.
Numsa's secretary-general, Irvin Jim says the agenda's of bosses represent a direct attack on workers benefits and conditions.
He says the basic structure of the South African economy and society are still not transformed, as Black and African labour is at the bottom, while white monopoly capital controls the bulk of the South Africa’s wealth.
Jim also called on the Congress of SA Trade Unions to urgently engage with the African National Congress on labour brokers and e-tolling.
