Three men accused of murdering former world heavyweight boxing champion Corrie Sanders are expected to appear in the Brits Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
Samuel Mabena, Chris Moyo and Paida Fish face charges of murder and robbery with aggravating circumstances.
The case against the three men, from Zimbabwe, was postponed in November because their lawyer was not present.
They were arrested in Oukasie informal settlement, near Brits, on the 27th of September after police received a tip off.
At the address where the men were arrested, police recovered a cellular phone, vehicle key, purse and cash believed to have been stolen during the robbery in which Sanders was shot.
Sanders was shot at the Thatch Haven Country Lodge outside Brits during an armed robbery on the 22nd of September.
