Free State police are investigating a case of murder after a Bangladeshi businessman was killed in front of his child's school.
The 38-year-old Krishna Dad dropped his child off at a creche in Odendaalsrus when a single shot was fired in his direction, wounding him in the head.
Police Spokesperson Luietenant General Moeketsi Sempe says the suspects fled in a red mini cooper shortly after the shooting.
Dad was rushed to hospital but succumbed to his injuries.
Sempe says two suspects have been arrested in connection with Dad's murder and will appear in the Odendaalsrus Magistrates Court soon.
