The sentencing of a Eastern Cape driver who was found guilty on 23 counts of culpable homicide is expected to be handed down in the Cape Town Regional Court on Monday.
Sisa Nonoma was the driver of the bus that crashed on the N1 near De Doorns in the Western Cape in May 2010, leaving 23 people dead.
The bus was on its way to Cape Town with 78 passengers, instead of the 64 it was certified to carry when it crashed in the Hex River Pass.
