The presidency says arms deal-linked bribery allegations against Jacob Zuma contained in a Sunday Times report are "nothing new."
On Sunday, the newspaper published details from transcripts of testimony provided in a confidential arbitration hearing between lawyer, Ajay Sooklal and the French arms company, Thales over a fee dispute.
Sooklal said he was hired by Thales to ensure that the allegations against Zuma and the company did make it to court.
Corruption charges were withdrawn against Zuma, paving the way for him to become the president of the country.
The ANC has dismissed the report as rumour-mongering, while the Presidency said anyone who had information on the arms deal, should present it to the Seriti Commission of Inquiry probing the arms deal.
