Five people have been killed in an accident near Beaufort West in the Karoo.
Western Cape Emergency Medical Services spokesperson, Robert Daniels says ten others, including three children were critically injured in Saturday morning's accident.
He says all 15 of them were travelling in a bakkie, which was pulling a trailer.
Daniels says the bakkie and trailer overturned on the Aberdeen Road, 40km outside Beaufort West.
The injured were treated at the scene and transported to a local hospital.
