Magistrate Graham Cupido says 21-year-old Johannes Kana will appear in court on Tuesday alongside alleged accomplice 21-year-old Jonathan Davids.
A third man was arrested but was later released.
The teenager was found disemboweled at a construction site last week and later died from her injuries.
Both suspects remain in custody.
