Three of the four people accused in the Bosasa fraud and corruption matter were back in court on Thursday where the matter was postponed to 18 February.
The National Prosecuting Authority said the former Commissioner of Correctional Services Linda Mti, former CFO, Patrick Gillingham; and former Bosasa CFO, Andries Van Tonder, made a brief appearance in the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court.
The fourth accused, former Bosasa COO, Angelo Agrizzi, is still in a hospital.
The NPA said the matter related to four tenders awarded to Bosasa (now African Global Operations) and its subsidiaries valued at over R1.8 billion between the periods August 2004- 2007.
The contracts were for the rendering of catering and training services, installation of CCTV cameras, installing of perimeter fencing, the supply of television systems and monitoring equipment.
All the accused are currently out on bail.
