A Boeremag member, convicted of treason after spending more than 10 years in jail, has been granted bail by the Pretoria High Court.
Pretoria accountant, Adriaan van Wyk, was released on bail of 15-thousand rand by judge Eben Jordaan on Monday morning.
He is one of 20 Boeremag members convicted of treason as a result of a right wing plot to violently overthrow the ANC government.
The trial was postponed to tomorrow when counsel for Brandfort farmer Jurie Vermeulen will present presentencing arugment.
Lawyers for the rest of the 20 accused will start presenting their arguments in January next year.
