Free State police are appealing to the community to come forward with information on any women who may have been sexually assaulted by a Danish national based in Bloemfontein. The 58-year-old man, who owns a gun shop in Bloemfontein, was arrested after police found female body parts in his fridge in his home in Langenhoven Park. Police spokesperson Masilela Langa says police also confiscated anesthetic medication and surgical equipment from the house.
"We also found photo's of the victims who had their private cut off. The suspect was arrested for sexual assault. He will be appearing in court on Monday in the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court. We don't know any other victims and we are asking anybody with information to come forward" he said
Langa says it is believed he lured the women to his house and then assaulted them. He was apprehended after his wife reported him to the police.
