The ANC Youth League would face a liquidation claim in the High Court in Johannesburg on Wednesday.
The R15 million claim by an unpaid contractor dates back to the ANC Youth League national congress in Mangaung in the Free State in 2008 when Julius Malema was elected leader.
The liquidation application will be brought by Z2 Presentations CC, which trades as University Events Management.
Its reported that the sheriff twice tried to seize youth league assets to pay off the debt, but there were no assets to attach.
