The African National Congress says it welcomes and respects the public pronouncement made by the party's National Disciplinary Committee of Appeal, after it upheld the convictions of Julius Malema and his executive as decided by the National Disciplinary Comittee (NDC) last year. .
ANC spokesperson, Jackson Mthembu says the NDCA process and outcome is again an example that the ANC is a firm, just and transparent organisation in dealing with matters before it - especially matters of discipline.
He says the ANC will subject itself to the pronouncement of the NDCA.
