ANC said its national spokesperson, Pule Mabe, has been cleared of internal sexual harassment charges and will return to work this week.
The party said that among the recommendations from the panel chaired by national executive committee member Sidumo Dlamini, was that it adopts a sexual harassment policy within three months.
Dlamini's panel also recommended training for all ANC management and staff in offices throughout the country on this policy.
Acting ANC spokesman Zizi Kodwa said ''Furthermore, the panel said employees and managers should respect ''bedroom privacy at work meetings'', advising that work meetings take place in formal meeting rooms or public spaces.
Mabe's accuser, who reported her allegations to deputy secretary-general Jessie Duarte last December, will also be returning to work at Luthuli House this week.
