The ANC says it will consider any suggestions on how the Gauteng e-tolls saga can be resolved in a way that the country can still meet its debt obligations.
ANC secretary-general, Gwede Mantashe, was speaking in Johannesburg on Monday following the party's national executive committee meeting.
He says if the appeal against a court ruling to halt the implementation of the e-tolling system by the Treasury fails, it will have an adverse affect on the credit-worthiness of parastatals, including the SA National Roads Agency Limited.
