The ANC would not comment today on a report that it was struggling to pay a service provider.
Party spokesperson, Jackson Mthembu, says party business is confidential.
The Mail & Guardian reports today that the ANC had reached a "secret" out-of-court settlement with an events company it owed R11 million for organising its centenary celebrations last year.
The settlement agreement allowed the ANC to pay off the money to the organisers, the VWV Group, over a year, starting in April this year.
According to the report, the ANC had not yet started paying and had asked for more time to raise the money.
