The three suspects arrested in connection with the kidnapping of 6-year-old Amy Leigh de Jager will make their second court appearance in Vanderbijlpark on Thursday where they are expected to bring a formal bail application.
The 27-year-old grade RR teacher from Amy Leigh's school Tharina Human was arrested alongside her co-accused in less than 48 hours after the kidnapping.
The 40-year-old Laetitia Nel and 50-year-old Pieter van Zyl are also being charged with kidnapping.
Amy Leigh was taken from outside Laerskool Kollege Park on Monday the 2nd of September.
Her alleged kidnappers dropped her off unharmed less than 24 hours later.
The case that shocked the town of Vanderbijlpark made international headlines when it came to light that the alleged kidnapper was a teacher at the school.
Human has since been suspended.
