Alberton man kills children before turning gun on himself

An Alberton man has shot and killed his two teenage children and wounded his wife before turning the gun on himself.
Police spokesperson, lieutenant-colonel Lungelo Dlamini, says the woman was taking the children to school on Thursday when her husband fired shots at the car, killing their 14 and 18 year old children.
He then climbed into his own car and shot himself dead.
The critically wounded woman was rushed to hospital.
Beeld identified the man as Paul Nothnagel, who worked at the newspaper in the distribution section.
