A weaker Rand provided some support for wool market prices at this week's sale.
Cape Wools says its Merino indicator gained 0.6% to close at R101.79 per kilogram for clean wool.
Spokesperson Ona Viljoen, says this is a 21% improvement on the same sale last season and up 10.6% on the opening level.
She says approximately 7-thousand bales will be on offer at next week's sale.
