Simon engages and entertains Garden Route listeners from Algoa FM’s studio in George, as they go about their afternoon business and chores with a mix of upbeat music, news, weather reports – and, of course, traffic updates.

He is a music and entertainment enthusiast who has travelled to incredible destinations worldwide, both as an MC and DJ.

Simon began his broadcast career on Ajman Channel 6-9, hosting a cooking show and a magazine program featuring notable stars such as Ronan Keating, Elton John, and Kelly Rowland to name a few.

He also worked with ARY Digital and Zee Arabiya, where he hosted music shows broadcast to viewers across the Middle East and North Africa.

In addition, he spent time on Dubai 92FM as the host of the weekday lunch show and the drive show, connecting with listeners through his warm and engaging presence.

Simon is a fitness enthusiast who loves the outdoors.

He knows all the fun spots along the Garden Route, and is on a mission to share them with locals and visitors to the region.

In addition to the Drive Show he hosts a show on Saturdays between 3 pm to 7 pm.
