Roland Gaspar had an inspiring chat with SA Springboks tent pegger Beverly Baksa

On the 13th of February,  we celebrated World Radio Day, Roland Gaspar had an inspiring chat with Beverly Baksa, who won the SA Best Rider and Ladies World Champion.

The South African Tent Pegging teams participated in the World Championships. On the sub-theme of gender equality this interview spoke volumes.  Oman allowed women to take part in Tent Pegging for the first time! They lifted the ban on women in August 2017.

The Springbok ladies tent pegging team won in Oman.  SA Springboks came 1st, Australia 2nd and Oman came 3rd.
