A man in Michigan, Alan Markovitz, recently moved into the home next door to his ex wife and built a 3.65m high, middle finger statue, in his yard.
His ex-wife now lives with the man with whom she had an affair, while married to Markovitz.
The statue also has a spotlight to keep the message illuminated at all hours of the day and night.
