Sunday night's live finale of MNEt's Dancing with the Stars SA was a fitting end to the glitz and glamour of a very successful season. Behind the sequins and glitter bombs, contestants put in weeks of blood, sweat and tears working on their dance skills until only 3 remained: TV stars Eden Classens, Zola Nombona and singer Connell Cruise.
All of them put in spectacular performances during the finale but in the end the public voted for their favourite: Connell Cruise and partner Marcella Solimeo. Votes from their fans known as #TeamCruiseControl pushed the couple over the line to a glittering victory.
