Lee finished on 25-under par after the six-day PGA Tour Qualifying School and also collected 50-thousand dollars in prize money.
Former Ryder Cup team member Ross Fisher, of England, was a shot back in a tie for 2nd.
Sweden's Robert Karlson finished tie-14th to also earn his card.
