Embattled Cricket South Africa boss, Gerald Majola, will turn to the labour court on Monday in the ongoing bonus saga.
Majola is expected to lodge papers challenging his suspension and the authority of Sports Minister, Fikile Mbalula, to have appointed the Nicholson inquiry to probe the bonus scandal.
Judge Chris Nicholson found that Majola had chosen not to disclose a multi-million rand bonus he received when South Africa hosted the Indian Premier League.
Majola was supposed to have appeared before a disciplinary committee on Wednesday, but instead called a media conference where he questioned Mbalula's intervention.
