Nelson Mandela Bay boxer Nozipho Bell will be the main fight on the bill when she makes the first defence of her WBF Featherweight crown in Walmer Township on the 4th of October.
Boniswe Lamani of Aphile Boxing promotions is putting the fight-night together - with Bell against Germany's six time world champion Alesia Graf as the headline act.
Bell lost on a TKO in the 8th round to England's Terri Harper in her last fight in the UK in July where the IBO super featherweight belt was on the line.
Speaking at a media briefing on Wednesday, Bell said it will be different this time round, as she'll have huge home support at the Multipurpose Centre in Walmer Township.
"I'm going to focus on power and speed over the next month as that was lacking in my fight against Harper," said Bell.
The Walmer Township fighter also revealed that she has a new sponsor on board in Ultimate Stylists, which has freed her up to focus solely on her October 4 bout which is a mandatory WBF title defence. Bell claimed this crown against East London's Unathi Myekeni back in March.
"As women, we don't get enough support and sponsors. But Ultimate Stylists owner Andrea Barendse did not hesitate when she heard about me and that I needed some backing. Now I don't have to worry about all the distractions of going it alone, I can just focus on this fight."
