Mumbai captain Harbhajan Singh scored 33 and Rohit Sharma contributed 29 but no other batsmen reached double figures in the team's second lowest score in the IPL - Davy Jacobs opening the batting after a long injury absence but failing to score.
Delhi captain Virender Sehwag hit 32 off 36 balls as Delhi raced to 93-3 in 14.5 overs.
The Dare Devils have six points from three wins and a loss.
Mumbai also has six points but has lost one more match.
