The duo will turn out in the World Cup event in France on Sunday, with Stander looking to clinch the series title ahead of the Olympics.
Candice Neethling, who will also compete at the London Games, finished second in the elite women's race behind defending national champion Yolande Speedy.
Meanwhile: Stanislas Wawrinka will carry the Swiss flag at Friday's Olympic Games opening ceremony, taking over from 2008 gold medal winning team-mate Roger Federer who performed the duty in Athens and Beijing.
Novak Djokovic will lead in the Serbia team, Maria Sharapova will carry the Russian flag while Wimbledon runner-up Agnieszka Radwanska has the honour for Poland.
Defending men's champion Rafael Nadal had been due to be Spain's flag-bearer, but he pulled out with injury.
