Arguably the English Premier League's greatest season came to a sensational conclusion Sunday night as Manchester City won the title thanks to two stoppage-time strikes in a 3-2 victory over QPR.
Manchester United had beaten Sunderland 1-0 at the stadium of light, and with Man City trailing QPR 2-1 with 5 minutes remaining - could not be blamed for thinking they had their 20th league title in the bag.
However, stoppage-time goals from Edin Dzeko and Sergio Aguero snatched a 3-2 win for City over QPR to secure their first league title in 44 years.
Arsenal and Tottenham secured places in the top four, while Bolton were relegated.
Arsenal beat West Brom 3-2 to end third and Spurs beat Fulham 2-nil to end fourth.
Bolton were relegated after drawing 2-all at Stoke and they take the drop along with Blackburn and Wolves.
