Griquas secured top spot in the North Section of the Vodacom Cup yesterday when they thrashed the Valke 83-3 in Kimberley.
It was 48-3 at half time.
The overwhelming victory means Griquas have qualified for a home quarterfinal next weekend against the team finishing fourth in the South Section.
As it turns out, the EP Kings are currently fourth in the South Section but only on a better points against differential against the Boland Cavaliers - who they play at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium at three o'clock this afternoon.
