Northern Ireland's Rory McIlroy held off a spectacular final round charge from Tiger Woods to win the Honda Classic in Florida and take over from Luke Donald as golf's new world No 1.
McIlroy started the last day with a two-shot lead and finished up winning by the same margin after shooting a final round of one-under-par 69 for a total of 12-under.
Woods shot a final round of 8-under 62 and tied for second with countryman Tom Gillis on ten-under par.
Lee Westwood was 4th on an 8-under par total and Charl Schwartzel and Jutin Rose tied for 5th on 7-under.
