The EP Kings have named an unchanged starting XV from the side that beat the Pampas 34-26 in Stellenbosch last week for Friday evening's 2nd round Vodacom Cup clash against the Border Bulldogs in Port Elizabeth.
Kick off at the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium is at seven pm.
EP Kings coach Alan Solomons jas made two changes on the bench where he's included hooker Frankie Herne and back liner Matthew Tayler-Smith.
Solomons said it was important to get some kind of continuity early on in the season.
He said continuity was needed in the first fortnight after which the situation would be re-evaluated.
Solomons said the key purpose of the Vodacom Cup was to increase the depth of the squad but this did not mean chopping and changing ever week.
He's also excpecting the Border Bulldogs to be up for the challenge of the local derby after losing their Vodacom Cup opener 42-nil to the Sharks XV in East London.
