Jodie Swallow, nee Cunnama, has won the Standard Bank Ironman South Africa 70.3 in East London for the seventh year in a row.
Jodie led from start to finish in ideal conditions on Sunday morning to win in 4 hours 39'48. She was followed home by Susie Cheetham and Agnieszka Jerzyk.
Jodie's husband James Cunnama was unable to make it the perfect family double as he had to settle for second behind Rom Guillame of France who won the men's race in 4 hours 8 minutes and 57 seconds.
James was 2 minutes 28 second back with Port Elizabeth's Kyle Buckingham rounding out the podium, 5 minutes 31 seconds off the pace in third place.
