Captain Colin Ingram strode to a century as the Chevrolet Warriors eased to a four-wicket win over the Chevrolet Knights in their 1-Day Cup semifinal in Bloemfontein yesterday.
Ingram cruised to 112 off 111 deliveries as the Warriors, chasing the Knights’ 280 for five, reached 282 for six with six balls of their innings remaining.
Ingram and Arno Jacobs, who scored 54, enjoyed a 126-run second-wicket partnership.
Valuable knocks down the order of 22 from Justin Kreusch, 21 from Johan Botha and 40 not out off just 29 balls from Carig Thyssen - got the Warriors home.
The result means that the Warriors will meet the Cape Cobras in the final in Cape Town on Friday, starting at 3pm.
