The Nelson Mandela Bay South African Sevens Tournament has been moved to a weekend format at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth due to popular demand.
The tournament, which is the third round in the HSBC Sevens World Series 2012 - 2013 will now take place on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday - the 8th and 9th of December.
In the past the tournament was always held on a Friday and Saturday.
SARU's Andy Marinos said the move to the weekend was taken after research among supporters.
