Premier Soccer League giants Kaizer Chiefs have parted ways with Serbian coach Vladimir Vermezovic following a string of uninspiring results.
The termination of the contract is with immediate effect and follows a meeting held Thursday between club chairman Kaizer Motaung, Vermezovic and football manager Bobby Motaung, along with the coach’s agent.
He'd been with the club for three seasons and they're currently fourth in the premiership - six points behind leaders Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates.
Chiefs will rely on assistant coach Donald Ace Khuse to steer the ship until the end of the season.
