Afrika comfortable after knee surgery

 The Blitzbokke had a gentle work out on Monday afternoon ahead of the Cell C Nelson Mandela Bay Sevens in PE at the weekend.

Hometown hero Cecil Afrika appeared reasonably comfortable and said his knee felt fine after surgery.

A call on his fitness will be made later in the week.

PE born Frankie Horn said he welcomed the opportunity to lead the team in place of the the injured Kyle Brown.
