Goldfish “Three Second Memory” brought to the Bay by Algoa Live

Pop sensation Goldfish will have fans on their feet during the first Algoa Live concert to be hosted in Port Elizabeth.
The electronica and dance group hailing from Cape Town is made up of Dominic Peters and David Poole.
They create dance numbers containing elements of jazz and African music, adding in live instruments like double bass, saxophones, keyboards, flute, and vocals with samplers, effects and synths.
The band has opened for electronica acts such as Basement Jaxx, Faithless, Fatboy Slim, Mr Scruff, Audio Bullys, Paul van Dyk, Pete Tong and Stereo MCs.
Their vocalists include Sakhile Moleshe, Max Vidima, Monique Hellenberg, Hlulani Hlangwane and David Poole.
Eastern Cape music lovers will be able to experience the Goldfish sensation and energy live on March 7 at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium’s Prince Alfred Park on Saturday, March 7.
Songs from their seminal album “Three Second Memory” will be heard, felt and enjoyed amongst other popular songs from older albums.
Concert tickets cost R150 for adults and R80 for children (under 18).
The concert will last seven hours and will include seven top national acts.
They are Mi Casa, Jimmy Nevis, Kurt Darren, Prime Circle, Lloyd Cele, Goldfish and Stuart Reece.
