Algoa FM’s corporate social investment initiative, Algoa Cares, has invited non-profit organisations from throughout the Eastern Cape and Garden Route to apply to be beneficiaries of funds raised through the 2017 Algoa Cares Charity Golf Days in Port Elizabeth and East London.
This year the focus is on non-profit organisations in the fields of education, health and environment, according to Dohné Damons, Public Relations and Corporate Social Investment Manager at Algoa FM.
Applications should include the organisation’s NPO Number, a brief history, the geographical area that the organisation supports, goals, purpose and objectives of the organisation, future plans and the contact details (telephone/cell number, email address) of the project manager.
“NPOs must also provide a detailed summary of the tangible and sustainable project the funding will support,” says Damons.
The closing date is Wednesday, February 1, 2017. Proposals can be done online at algoafm.co.za.
