Club President Karl Illenberger says about 50 drivers will kick off celebrations in Mossel Bay on Friday slowly making their way to Gqeberha.
He says the four-day event will conclude at the Scribante racetrack on Monday where the public is invited and encouraged to attend.
The vehicles will race around the track for spectators to indulge their eyes and ears.
At Scribante a fee of R50 per car will be charged and proceeds will go towards Cheshire Home in Summerstrand.
Illengerger says there are only four Porsche clubs in the country with the Eastern Cape club stretching from Mossel Bay all the way to East London.
The other clubs are in KwaZulu Natal, Cape Town and Johannesburg and are all officially registered in Germany.
