Whilst there are many modes to choose from, including Eco and Dynamic, the A200 is a pleasure to drive on local and national roads. It’s a stylish blend of sophistication, comfort and luxury. It amplifies top class performance so synonymous with the Mercedes-Benz brand. Introduced as part of the A-Class line-up, the A200 combines cutting-edge technology, elegant design, and powerful performance in a compact package. The interior is equally pleasing with an all black seats in velour with red stitching. The ride quality is in keeping with the German marque, smooth and comfortable. Plenty of power and breaking. Fuel consumption along the national roads was a pleasing 5.8l per 100kms.

For urban driving, I enjoyed the paddle gear shifters, tucked neatly behind the steering wheel. 120kW power and 270 Nm of torque.
