Ford's Online Service Booking. Done in 60 minutes!

Servicing your Ford has never been more easy and convenient. Customers are offered a variety of options that make the vehicle service absolutely a breeze and at no additional costs, as I found out recently. My Ford Wildtrak bakkie needed an oil change. So I hopped onto the FordPass app and clicked on the link viz: https://www.ford.co.za/owner/book-service, and as they say in the classics, the rest is history.

The staff at the Ford Pinetown Dealership end were very effective and efficient. They all, from the Bookings Clerk, the Service Advisor to the Service Manager treated me as if I was the only customer. 

So I booked the one-hour Express Service, received the necessary date and time conformations both telephonically and via sms and pulled into the service area. It took about an hour and all the while, I was kept informed by the Service Advisor as to what was happening to the vehicle, whether it was up on the ramp, out for a test drive or in the wash bay.

Soon, the Service Advisor advised that the vehicle was all ready and went through the job card and the invoice with me. No work was carried out, without my prior consent. With all things being equal, I drove out with my Wildtrak with a smile. 10/10 to the Dealership.

Simply fill in your vehicle details and select your preferred ford dealer to get your vehicle serviced with the least amount of hassle. You can also modify or cancel your booking at anytime.   

Express

When time is of the essence, Ford’s Express Service is the option for you. Your vehicle is serviced without any compromise, within an hour, giving you the time that you need. Express Service is currently offered at select Ford dealerships and has to be requested when making the booking with the service adviser.

Ford keeps you on the road by offering you a loan car should your vehicle need to stay overnight for repairs.

Vehicle Pick-up and Delivery

Tell your preferred dealership when and where you’d like to have your vehicle picked up- home or work- and they will collect it, service it at the dealership and return it to you free of charge.
