Gqeberha police are investigating a case of culpable homicide following a fatal head-on collision on Tuesday morning.
Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu says at about 8 am an Isuzu bakkie and VW Polo were involved in the collision on Butterfield Road in Colleen Glen.
She says the 57-year-old driver of the bakkie died on impact while his two passengers sustained slight injuries.
Naidu says the driver of the Polo also sustained slight injuries.
The name of the victim has not yet been released.
On Monday, a 60-year-old biker was killed on the N2 near Commercial Road in the direction of Cotswold after he careered off the road and landed in the bush.
His name is also unknown at this stage.
