Two suspects aged 22 and 32 are in police custody for allegedly raping a 91-year-old woman in her house in Komani last week.
Spokesperson Captain Namhla Mdleleni says the two men forcefully entered to elderly woman's home on Sunday and stole her TV and cellphone after assaulting and raping her.
He says both men were later tracked down in Tylden just outside of Komani where they were found in the possession of the victim's stolen goods.
They will both appear in the local magistrates court on Tuesday facing charges of rape, house robbery and assault with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
